Afghanistan tour of Pakistan [Mar 2023]
The series between Afghanistan and Pakistan is announced by PCB Chairman Najam Sethi confirming that Afghanistan will tour Pakistan for a bilateral series. Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has now confirmed that both Afghanistan and Pakistan will play three T20 matches in March in UAE.

Afghanistan vs Bangladesh Series [June / July 2023]
According to ICC FTP, the Afghanistan team will visit Bangladesh in June 2023 to play bilateral series consisting of one Tests, followed by three ODIs and two T20 matches.

Afghanistan vs Zimbabwe Series [August 2023]
Following series with Bangladesh, Afghanistan is also set to play against Zimbabwe in a bilateral series consisting of two Tests, followed by three ODIs and three T20 matches. The series is yet to confirmed with venues and match timings but is part of the ICC FTP Programme.

ICC Cricket World Cup 2023
The ICC Cricket World Cup is part of the Afghanistan Cricket Schedule where Afghanistan will visit India to participate in the ICC mega event in October and November 2023.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has scheduled a number of series for Afghanistan as part of their Future Tours Programme (FTP) for the 2023-2024 season.
In November 2022, Afghanistan is scheduled to play a bilateral series against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka. In early 2023, Afghanistan will tour the UAE for a series of matches. In March 2023, Australia was scheduled to tour Afghanistan, but the series was cancelled. Afghanistan may play against Pakistan when they tour Pakistan in March but series details are not out as of now.
In June 2023, Afghanistan will tour Bangladesh for another bilateral series as per ICC FTP programme announced. In August 2023, Zimbabwe will tour Afghanistan for a series of matches.
The Asia Cup 2023 is scheduled to take place in Pakistan or the UAE in August-September 2023, and Afghanistan is expected to participate in this tournament.
Finally, the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 is scheduled to take place in India from 10 October to 26 November 2023, and Afghanistan is expected to participate in this prestigious event.
