BCCI unveils Team India’s new jersey ahead of England ODI series and Champions Trophy

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially revealed Team India’s new ODI jersey ahead of the upcoming three-match series against England. The announcement was made on Wednesday through BCCI’s official social media handle, where images of several Indian cricketers donning the fresh kit were shared.

The players featured in the jersey unveiling included Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, Harshit Rana, Washington Sundar, Mohammed Shami, Arshdeep Singh, and Varun Chakravarthy. The newly designed kit features a tri-colour gradient on the shoulder blades, adding a patriotic touch to the attire. The squad appeared excited as they posed in the updated jersey, which will be worn during the ODI series and the ICC Champions Trophy.

India is set to face England in the first ODI of the series at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur on Thursday. The second match will take place at Cuttack’s Barabati Stadium on Sunday, while the final game of the series is scheduled for February 12 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
