Team Australia conducted a practice session at Canberra’s Manuka Oval Stadium on Sunday in preparation for their warm-up match against Team India. India is currently touring Australia for the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
The two-day warm-up match, initially planned as a day-night encounter, faced disruptions due to persistent rain. Saturday’s play was abandoned, and the game resumed on Sunday as a 50-over format to compensate for the lost time. The warm-up match was expected to serve as crucial preparation for both teams ahead of the next phase of the prestigious Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
