Sri Lanka has announced a 16-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Bangladesh, scheduled to take place on July 2, 5, and 8. Charith Asalanka will continue to lead the national side, having established himself as a reliable figure since taking over the captaincy last year.
The first two ODIs will be played at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo, with the third and final match set to be held at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. The series serves as a follow-up to the ongoing Test matches between the two teams and will be followed by a T20I series.
