The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Trophy Tour continues to generate excitement among cricket fans worldwide. A highlight of the England leg was the trophy’s return to The Oval, the venue of the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy final, where Pakistan emerged victorious. The iconic setting brought back memories of the historic match and set the stage for Jamie Smith, England’s wicket-keeper, to share his thoughts on competing in the upcoming tournament. Set to feature in his first Champions Trophy, Smith expressed his excitement about traveling to Pakistan and England’s ambitions for the event.

The prestigious trophy also visited some of London’s most famous landmarks, including Tower Bridge, Big Ben, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, and Borough Market. The England leg followed successful stops in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Each destination has played a key role in fostering excitement for the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, making the trophy tour a truly global celebration of cricket.

As the tour moves to India, preparations for the Champions Trophy are in full swing. Earlier, Indian captain Rohit Sharma and chief selector Ajit Agarkar announced the 15-member squad for the tournament and the ODI series against England. The announcement further heightened the excitement among Indian cricket fans as the team gears up for the prestigious event.
