
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced its Central Contract list for the women’s national team on Sunday, covering the period from October 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. The latest list features significant revisions, including a performance-based restructuring and the introduction of new financial incentives.
The contract categorizes players into four grades—A, B, C, and D—based on their recent performances and contributions to the team.

The top tier remains unchanged, with four players retaining their Grade A status:

- Ritu Moni
- Nahida Akter
Grade B
Grade B has expanded significantly, growing from two players in the previous contract period to six. Players upgraded from Grade C to Grade B include:
- Sharmin Akter Supta
- Murshida Khatun
- Maruta Akter
They join existing players:
- Fahima Khatun
- Shamima Sultana
- Rabeya
Grade C
Grade C now includes:
- Sobhana Mostary
- Lata Mondol
- Jahanara Alam
- Shoma Akter
Grade D
The entry-level Grade D category comprises:
- Disha Biswas
- Sultana Khatun
- Dilara Akter
- Shathi Rani
In an effort to motivate players and recognize individual and team achievements, the BCB has introduced a match and series-winning bonus system. Under this scheme, players will receive bonuses based on their performance in matches and series, with rewards determined by the ICC rankings of the opponents.
