In achieving this remarkable milestone, Jaiswal surpassed a longstanding record that had stood for 15 years. Previously held by Australian batsman Shaun Marsh, the record for the most runs by an uncapped player in IPL history was set during the IPL 2008 season. He recorded five half-centuries during the season, showcasing his consistency and skill.
