Kohli, who is the highest run-scorer in IPL history, has struggled in recent IPL seasons, including last year’s edition where he only scored 341 runs in 16 matches with an average of 22.73.
However, he has shown good form for India since the 2022 Asia Cup, and fans will hope that he can regain his touch with the willow.
Kohli had a phenomenal 2016 IPL season where he scored 973 runs in 16 matches, including four centuries, and is considered one of the greatest batters in the history of the tournament.
Experts, including Aakash Chopra, Anil Kumble, and Zaheer Khan, have discussed his achievements and expectations ahead of the new season.
