Thakur and Rinku’s 100-run partnership in just 45 balls provided KKR with the momentum needed to cross the 200-run mark. RCB’s bowlers, especially David Willey (2/16) and Karn Sharma (2/26), tried to keep the run rate in check, but KKR’s aggressive batting proved too much for RCB.
