Star-studded commentary panel for 2023 Asia Cup Announced

India’s Star Sports has announced a star-studded commentary panel for the upcoming 2023 Asia Cup showcasing a talented group of seasoned commentators hailing from various countries including Pakistan and India.

The commentary panel boasts a galaxy of cricketing luminaries from various corners of the cricketing world. Hailing from India, Ravi Shastri, Gautam Gambhir, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan, Piyush Chawla, Sanjay Bangar, Sanjay Manjrekar, Deep Dasgupta, Mohammad Kaif, Aditya Tare, and Rajat Bhatia will bring their wealth of knowledge and on-field experiences to the microphone.

Notably absent from the lineup is Ramiz Raja, the former Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), who will not grace the commentary panel this time around. However, Pakistan’s representation remains strong, with the iconic duo of Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis poised to provide expert insights and analysis.

Joining the Indian contingent are the Pakistani legends Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Aamer Sohail, and Bazid Khan, who are sure to infuse the commentary box with their unique perspectives and insights drawn from their illustrious careers.
