Zimbabwe is set to witness a cricketing spectacle like never before as the most entertaining and explosive format, T10, arrives in Africa for the first time with the inaugural Zim Afro T10 tournament. The excitement is palpable as cricket fans gear up for ten days of high-octane action at the Harare Sports Club, starting from July 20. The grand final of the Zim Afro T10 will be held on July 29, with Harare hosting all the matches of this historic event.
Five teams, namely Harare Hurricanes, Bulawayo Braves, Durban Qalandars, Cape Town Samp Army, and Johannesburg Buffaloes, will battle it out for top honors in what promises to be a cricketing carnival in Africa. The tournament will kick off with Harare Hurricanes, led by the dynamic Eoin Morgan, taking on the formidable Bulawayo Braves, spearheaded by the in-form and dangerous Sikandar Raza. The excitement will reach its peak with a glittering opening ceremony before the first game begins at 7 pm local time.
